The estimated delivery time in India is 3-6 Calendar/Working Days
What are the shipping charges for deliveries in India?
There are NO shipping charges for deliveries in India for orders above Rs.499/-.
For order value below Rs.499/-, a flat shipping fee of Rs.60/- will be added.
COD (Cash On Delivery) is NOT enabled for our online store.
What is Octroi ? Why is courier company asking me to pay Octroi - India ?
Octroi charges are levied by state governments when product enters the state. It is a charge for allowing transit of good through the jurisdiction.
Any Octroi charges asked by the Courier company is payable by the Customer. Courier company will collect the Octroi amount from the recipient at the time of delivery. A receipt for the same will be provided.

Jewelpalace delivers orders to all pin codes via DTDC, Professional & ST Courier Partners. Pincodes that are not covered by above courier partners are shipped via Speed Post / India Post. Feel free to place your order and we'll make sure it gets delivered to you on time!

What are the shipping charges for deliveries outside India?
Shipping rate for international delivery is calculated based on the total order weigh.
0- 5Kgs, Rs.3000/-
5-10Kgs, Rs.6000/-
10-15Kgs, Rs.9000/-
15-20Kgs, Rs.12000/-
and so on. This will be calculated automatically at the time of checkout.
