We offer refunds only for damaged products. To request a refund, you must record a video while opening the parcel to show any damage. The damaged product must be returned in the same condition as received. Refund claims are only accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Claims without video evidence will not be processed. What are the shipping charges for deliveries in India? There are NO shipping charges for deliveries in India for paid orders above Rs.499/-.
For order value below Rs.499/-, a flat shipping fee of Rs.60/- will be added. COD (Cash On Delivery) is enabled for our online store. Rs.100/- is charged extra for all COD orders.
Deliveries within India
Jewelpalace delivers orders to all pin codes via DTDC, Professional & ST Courier Partners. Pincodes that are not covered by above courier partners are shipped via Speed Post / India Post. Feel free to place your order and we'll make sure it gets delivered to you on time!
